The Reset, in detail.

A retreat built around one person. You.

Sessions come to your door.

One practitioner

Three to four sessions a week, in your housing. Body, mind, and emotion in the same session. Me, every time.

One place

Chirripó, 6,000 feet up. Spring water, clean air, sun every morning, cool quiet nights. One hour to the beach. Cloud forest behind you. The nervous system drops. The stress patterns unplug. Most people feel it inside two days.

One decision

You talk to me first. We figure out what you need and how long you'll stay. After that the concierge takes it: airport pickup, housing matched to you, meals, drivers, optional add-ons. You arrive and rest.

The shape of the weeks

Three weeks is not arbitrary. It's the minimum the body needs.

A weekend gets you a glimpse. A week gets you started. Three weeks lets the body actually let go and learn the new pattern. A fourth week is for resting in what changed before you fly home.

Week One

Land

Your nervous system comes down. Sleep changes first — usually by day three. The work begins gently: I'm reading what your body has been holding, where it's stuck, what it's protecting. You're mostly resting between sessions. Nothing is forced.

Week Two

Open

The deeper layers are accessible now. This is where structural integration does its real work — old patterns release, breath drops lower, the body starts moving differently without you trying. Emotional material often surfaces here. There is room for it.

Week Three

Integrate

The new pattern needs time to set. Sessions get more refined. You move, walk, swim, hike — the body practices the new way. Most people start to feel like a different version of themselves around day fifteen or sixteen. Quieter. Lighter. More themselves.

Week Four · Optional

Rest in it

One more week to live in the new body before flying home. Lighter session schedule. Time for the beach, longer hikes, the things you didn't do in week one because you couldn't yet. Most people who add this week say it was the most important one.

What's handled for you

You bring a body and a passport. That's it.

A concierge handles the logistics. You don't need to know any Spanish, drive in Costa Rica, or research housing. The whole purpose of this is for you to stop managing things.

Airport pickupDriver meets you at SJO, one bag or five, no Spanish required
Housing matched to youSolo cabin, casita, or larger if you bring a partner
MealsLocal cook, organic, dietary needs respected, no schedule
Drivers, on callBeach trip, market run, doctor visit — handled
Sessions in your spaceI come to you. Two to three times a week. You do not commute.

"After hearing about Jonathan from several people whose judgment I trust, I finally reached out. I ended up doing 14 sessions over five months, and I can honestly say the sessions touched upon every aspect of my being. There were so many patterns in the body and mind to unwind: layers I didn't even know I was carrying. Since starting, I feel more open, more flexible, and more confident in myself and in life. I have let go of fear that lived in me for years. I feel refreshed and deeply relaxed after every single session. I am not the same person I was."

Every Reset is priced after we talk.

There is no package, no tier, no early-bird discount. The cost depends on how long you stay, the housing you choose, your meal plan, transport, and any add-ons. The concierge gives you one all-in number after the consultation — flights are the only thing on you.

If we agree it's a fit, you'll get the number in writing within a day or two. If we agree it isn't, I'll tell you that too.

A 30-minute call, no obligation, no sales pitch.

Every retreat is priced after the consultation. Cost depends on length, housing choice, meal plan, transport, and any add-ons. The concierge gives you one all-in number after we talk. Flights are the only thing on you.
The first week your nervous system comes down. The second week the deep work lands. The third week it integrates and the body learns the new pattern. Anything shorter than three weeks is a glimpse, not a reset. I've watched this for 35 years. Three weeks is the floor.
No. Sessions are in English. The concierge handles every Spanish-language interaction for you — drivers, housing, market, anything. You will not be left to figure things out.
Yes. Partners often come along to rest, hike, or do their own work — some receive sessions too. We talk through the right setup in the consultation.
Tell me in the consultation. Most conditions are workable — surgeries, chronic pain, old injuries, autoimmune issues. A few are not. I'll tell you honestly, before you book a flight.
Private. Quiet. Mountain views. Anywhere from a simple casita to a larger house if you bring someone. Hot water, good Wi-Fi if you want it (or none, if you don't), a kitchen, a porch you'll spend hours on. The concierge matches the housing to you.
Year-round. Costa Rica's southern zone stays between 70 and 85 degrees most of the year. December through April is the dry season. May through November is greener and quieter, with afternoon rain that is actually beautiful. We pick a window in the consultation.
A passport. Hiking shoes. Layers — mountain mornings are cool, afternoons are warm, the beach is hot. Bathing suit. Whatever book you've been meaning to read. Skip the dress clothes. The concierge sends a one-page packing list once you're booked.
